Parcel Post Officers Wanted!

Our client, a leading postal service is seeking Post Officers to join their team in Welshpool on either day shift or night shift.

This role is focused on processing parcels within the AusPost Parcel Facility. You will manually load and unload parcels and use manual loading equipment throughout your shift.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

  • Assist with processing parcels
  • Manually load and unload parcels from a conveyor belt into a metal cage
  • Use manual loading equipment to begin
  • Use automatic loading equipment once trained

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Previous warehouse exposure (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screening
  • Provide a clean National Police Clearance
  • The confidence to speak up and contribute to a positive safety culture

Shift Options

This role has shifts from Monday to Friday, averaging around 3-4 shifts per week.

Day Shift Opportunity

  • Available between 6am and 6pm
  • 4-8 hr shifts

Night Shift Opportunity

  • Available between 6pm and 6am
  • 4-8 hr shifts

  • $34.45 day rate (inclusive of 22.5% casual loading)
  • $38.54 evening/night rate (inclusive of 22.5% casual loading + 15% night shift loading)
